Service Description

Our program is designed to guide students through the critical early years of high school, helping them prepare for success in high school and beyond. For just $500/year, our comprehensive underclassmen program offers: QUARTERLY CO-HORTS: Students meet in small group sessions to tackle the big questions. We’ll cut through the noise to clarify real facts vs rumors about high school and college. HIGH SCHOOL RESUME BUILDING: Learn how to create and update a resume that reflects personal achievements and sets students up for successful applications. SCHOLARSHIP PREP: We’ll help students set up and maintain their Raise.Me and Going Merry accounts, ensuring they're positioned to maximize scholarship opportunities. FAMILY 1-on-1 MEETINGS: Twice a year, we’ll meet with each family to discuss high school goals, course planning, extracurriculars, and early college strategies. These tailored, one-hour sessions help ensure students are on track to succeed and keep family conversations on task and relevant. This program is designed to give students the skills, resources, and personalized guidance they need to thrive, all while giving parents peace of mind. Whether you’re in 9th, 10th, or 11th grade, it’s never too early to start planning for success! MEETING SCHEDULE: Dates and Times: Meetings will be offered on Zoom or live in West Chester, PA. Dates and times are subject to change. Students may opt for either face-to-face or Zoom meetings and will RSVP in advance. Meetings will not be recorded. Live in West Chester, PA, 9:30-11 am: December 1, 2024; February 2, 2025; April 6, 2025; June 29, 2025 Zoom, 5:30-7 pm: December 2, 2024; February 3, 2025; April 7, 2025; June 30, 2025 Family meetings will be scheduled via Calendly and sent in a future email. By joining Pre-Team, your family agrees to 4 student-centered classes and 2 parent or family-centered meetings.
